Agreement to Pay.
You agree to pay for all Content that is not given freely to you by us.

Credit Card and Standard Bank Debit Card Transactions
Payment may be made via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express) or Standard Bank Debit Cards. These transactions will be acquired for K53-test.co.za via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who is the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. In the event that you use your credit card to make purchases on K53-test.co.za, we may, in our discretion, post charges to your credit card individually or may aggregate your charges with other purchases you make on K53-test.co.za. All charges will be billed to the credit card or debit card you designate when you first make a purchase or incur a charge on K53-test.co.za. If any of your billing information changes, you must update that information by contacting Customer Support or changing your details online at K53-test.co.za. By providing your credit card or debit card information to us, you are acknowledging and agreeing that we may keep your credit card or debit card information, unless you make a request to Customer Support that your credit card information be removed, in which case it will be removed. By providing your credit card or debit card information to us, you agree that you will consult the terms and conditions that are imposed by your credit card or debit card issuer for notification requirements and limitations on your liability for loss, theft or unauthorized use of your credit card or debit card. You agree that you, and not the Related Entities, will be solely responsible for the payment of all amounts billed to your credit card or debit card by unauthorized third parties. You agree that you will not provide to us any credit card or debit card information for any credit card or debit card that is not issued in your name.

  • Taxes
    Purchases from K53-test.co.za may include VAT and other taxes (where applicable) and such taxes will be based on the best available address information.
  • Refund Policy
    There are no refunds when a purchase is made on K53-test.co.za. When you click to confirm your purchase or download, your purchases are charged to the credit card on file with us.
  • Right to Change Prices
    All prices related to K53-test.co.za are subject to change by us at any time, without notice and without liability to you. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or a promotional offering.
